TERMS: A deposit of 50% of the class/package price is required to reserve your class. Full payment is due prior to the start of your class, or for packages, the first class of the series. We accept PayPal, Venmo, and credit/debit cards through Stripe. Digital invoicing enables us to accept all of the above plus ApplePay, ACH, and e-checks.
For your convenience, we have several ways to pay for your class/package. We've chosen Stripe to process credit/debit card payments because they follow the most stringent security standards in the industry.
BOOK & PAY ONLINE
Book a lesson through our online scheduler & pay during the same transaction. You'll have the option of paying the 50% deposit or payment in full for lessons. Skate packages booked online will be charged the full payment. If you'd prefer to pay for a skate package with a 50% deposit, please book directly with the instructor. Paypal, Stripe
Through digital invoicing, you can receive an electronic invoice via text or email, and pay securely via credit/debit card, ApplePay, ACH, or e-check.

REFUNDS / CANCELLATION
REFUNDS FOR PRIVATE LESSONS
Deposits for scheduled private lessons are non-refundable to compensate for the investment that goes into preparing lessons, and holding the reserved time on the schedule so it can't be booked by other clients.
REFUNDS FOR SKATE PACKAGES
The unused, unscheduled lessons of a skate package are eligible for refund. If any portion of a skate package is cancelled, this changes the rate of each previously completed lesson to the non-package hourly rate that would have been charged without the package discount. The adjusted difference will be deducted from the refund for any lessons that were already completed.
24 HOUR BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Private lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance using the online scheduling system or by booking directly with the instructor. For skate packages, each lesson needs to be booked separately following the same policies. We understand unexpected circumstances arise and are happy to help you reschedule when necessary, with advance notice. If you need to change your booking, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled lesson to qualify for rescheduling. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled lesson for reasons unrelated to Covid-19 or an extenuating emergency aren't eligible for rescheduling.
In rare extenuating circumstances, or in case of wet or severe conditions for outdoor classes, we may need to cancel a session. In this case, you'll receive a credit for that lesson and can reschedule to another time.
